All payments and donations made through the Second Life RP Tebex Store are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products and services, we are unable to offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. All purchases are used to support server costs, maintenance, and ongoing development, with all income being reinvested into improving the overall player experience. If you receive any form of ban or blacklist from Second Life RP, you will not be eligible for a refund, as by playing on our server you agree to follow all rules and accept any punishments issued by staff. By purchasing any package, you automatically agree to this no-refund policy. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and must be approved solely by the Server Owner. Initiating any chargeback or financial dispute will result in the immediate revocation of your purchased items and a permanent blacklist from Second Life RP without the possibility of appeal. Depending on the package, items may be reassigned or made available to other members of the community. Second Life RP reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove any purchased items or perks if deemed necessary for balance or server integrity. We are not liable for any issues related to custom assets such as vehicles, clothing, or peds provided by users. Any attempt to bypass this policy, including chargebacks, may result in further penalties such as a full character wipe. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
